The mission of the Manitoba Recreational Trails Association is “to provide the support, knowledge, information, technology and resources necessary to promote the construction and use of recreational trail throughout Manitoba, thereby improving the economy, the environment and human well being.
Prince Edward Island’s network of trails are as varied as the patchwork of cultures which blend to create our distinctive nature. Trails weave through woodlots, along beaches, through fields, and along abandoned rail beds. Whether you choose to spend an afternoon exploring nature and getting some exercise, or a weekend cycling trip, this site will serve to assist you in organizing your outing.
The Newfoundland T'Railway Council is a non-profit corporation dedicated to the development of a recreational trail from St.John’s to Port aux Basques using the former Canadian National railway line. Its mandate is to promote multi-use trail development and to preserve abandoned railway lines for future use such as hiking, biking, equestrian, snowmobile, ATV and cross-country ski trails.
NovaTrails.com was developed out of a need/wanting to share the natural wonders of Nova Scotia with people from around our province and also to visitors from around the world. The main focus of NovaTrails.com is to provide informative articles and links on local hiking trails and hiking information in the province of Nova Scotia.
